The Angel Tree

This is our angel tree.  We placed her in the dining room this year because we thought her color theme went nicely with the new decor in there.

This poor tree took quite a beating during our move.  I didn't realize that the movers had stuffed her into a box and then piled stuff on top of her.  Needless to say the branches were really bent all over the place.  I wasn't sure if we would be able to restore her but I think she turned out okay.  At least she looks really good in the dark:)

We use angel-themed ornaments on this tree with gold and white balls, garland, and trim.  I added the white snowflakes this year to help fill in the gaps but I'm not sure they look great. Perhaps when I have time (ha ha ha) I will spray paint them gold.

Anyways here are some pictures of the ornaments on this particular tree.  I am really loving taking the ornament pictures.  They turn out so well with this new camera.

Again these are just inexpensive ornaments that I have collected over the years or have been given to us.

I bought all my balls at either Target or Walmart or such.  I don't think you have to spend a lot of money on the balls especially if you are using them to help fill up the inside branches of the tree.

And one last shot of the tree all a glow...

Next up with be the Santa Tree.  If you missed it check out our Snowman Tree.

  1. So lovely, especially that you've been collecting these ornaments through the years. Everyone has such a great memory.
